Most of us were handed a premise early on:

that something about us needed to be fixed before life could feel whole. That premise is everywhere now — in the therapy room, in the wellness industry, in the self-help aisle, in the apps tracking our sleep, our nervous systems, and our moods.

This work begins from a different place. Not from the assumption that you are broken, but from the observation that you are human and that being human has always included difficulty, inconsistency, grief, and adaptation. None of that is evidence of damage. It is evidence of a life being lived.

The question worth asking is not how to finally fix yourself. It is what becomes possible when you stop trying.

One-on-One Work: Human to human. As it should be.

Most one-on-one work is episodic. You show up, you process, you leave. And then life happens in the gap. By Thursday, the old pattern flares up, the argument repeats itself, or the contraction hits, and you are left waiting for the next hour on the calendar to figure out what to do with it all.
 
This one-on-one work is the opposite of that.
 
It is designed for continuous contact. It is built specifically for individuals and couples who have reached the edge of effort — who are exhausted by relational distress, conflict, and the dread that connection will always feel this hard.
 
We work slowly, relationally, and without an agenda. Not to fix you, but to stay with the places where insight has already arrived, and life keeps moving anyway.
 
I offer a few different ways to hold that contact, depending on what the moment is asking for — from a single touchpoint session to a 6-month intensive container.
